Knots:
- Reef Knot: To join two lines of equal thickness (or the ends of the same line, like to loosely tie up a reefed sail on the boom…)
- Double Sheet Bend: To join two lines of unequal thickness (Note: The animation shows the single sheet bend. Scroll down to see a picture of the double sheet bend.)
